Sales - This is where our relationships begin with our clients. We will discuss needs and expectations and budget and match these aspects to the appropriate accounting software solution. In the event the clients needs are for both accounting and retail management(Point-of-Sale) the integration of these functions will be demonstrated.

Installation - Once a purchasing decision is made, the software is delivered and the installation is performed on the server and workstation computers. This includes standard workstations as well as Citrix or Terminal Servers.

Implementation - Having the software installed is just the first step. Now each module of the accounting software and add-on modules must be set based on the standard operating procedures of each client.

Training - Each user or group within the client organization is then trained thoroughly on the proper use of each module pertinent to their group. Formal classroom training can also be provided by a certified Microsoft Dynamics - GP trainer.

Customization - Microsoft Dynamics - GP allows for the customization of screens and reports. These modifications are accomplished through tools which do not require the knowledge of a programmer. Users can choose to be trained on these tools or this work can be performed by our staff.
