Changer efficiently enables the modification and consolidation of Microsoft Dynamics - GP and Small Business Financials data.

Effortlessly change and merge GL Accounts, Item numbers, Vendor ID's, and Customer Numbers for all current and historical transactions. Changer also transfers Employee Numbers in Microsoft Dynamics - GP for all transactions to new employee numbers, including Project Accounting and Fixed Assets.

Tight Integration Improves Performance

Mekorma MICR intercepts the Microsoft Dynamics - GP printing process using the Dexterity language (the language in which Microsoft Dynamics - GP is written). From the point of interception, the Mekorma MICR program takes over a portion of the functions that would have been performed by Microsoft Dynamics - GP (i.e., the check numbering and sorting process, etc.). This allows the Mekorma MICR package to fine tune the features of Microsoft Dynamics - GP, such as adding the ability to sort by check amount or affecting the way that $0 and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) checks are numbered.

Once the checks are numbered, Mekorma MICR passes control of the printing process to a specialized print engine. Underneath, the Dexterity process communicates with the print engine to tell it what information to print. Developed to be the "expert" in check formatting, the print engine is designed for low or high volume check printing requirements. The print engine completes the printing process and then hands the control back to Microsoft Dynamics - GP. Because integration is invisible to the user, users need no special training to use this solution.
